Aircraft Leasing
YeS Technik is involved in aircraft leasing in order to support airlines and aircraft operators to operate aircraft without the financial burden of owning the aircraft and to handle temporary demand. YeS Technik provides Wet-leasing for short-term support and Dry-Leasing for long-term support or at times combinations of both Wet and Dry Lease. In Wet Lease, YeS Technik provides an Aircraft, Complete crew, Maintenance and Insurance (ACMI) to the aircraft operator which pays by hours operated. YeS Technik also provides Damp lease which consists of Aircraft, Flight Crew and Maintenance only for the aircraft provider which has its own cabin crew. In Dry Lease, YeS Technik provides only aircraft without crew, ground staff, etc. Thus we would address the critical points in leasing - how to maximize the efficiency, cost effectiveness and compliance of the lease agreements through new strategies for structuring and negotiation. Additionally we help to understand the structure and categories of a lease document and to analyze key dynamics of the financial and leasing markets.
